IMPORTANT!!!
- The certification of the applications for identity card (passport) and the explicit powers of attorney are to be carried out mandatory by the Bulgaria diplomatic missions. A certification by a local notary shall be accepted only for the Bulgarians living in Australia, Canada and the USA.
- The documents and the explicit powers of attorney certified by a local notary are to be obligatorily provided with an appostille.
- The term for execution of the services applied for by you /№ 11 not included/ for the town of Sofia shall be 10 tо 21 days after obtaining your application. For the country the term shall be 15 tо 40 days.
- In case the services applied for by you /for instance a certificate for heirs/, require more data, we would ask you to avail yourselves of the e-mail, skype, fax or phone.
- Data on the employees who have the right to be authorized (to obtain a power of attorney)
